Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries. Wash fresh strawberries under cool water, remove stems and blemishes. If using frozen, thaw for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Blend the Ingredients. In a blender, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Taste and Adjust. Taste the mixture and add more sugar or lemon juice if needed.
Step 4: Freeze the Mixture. Pour into a shallow dish or ice cream maker and churn according to instructions.
Step 5: Stir and Freeze. If using a shallow dish, freeze for 30 minutes, then stir with a fork every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy. Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with mint or strawberry slices.
