Ingredients

Cake Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix 15.25 ounces
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts chopped
  • 4 cups Cool Whip thawed
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 2-3 bars Snickers bars chopped

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Step 2: After cooling for 15-20 minutes, poke holes in the cake using a wooden spoon handle or straw.
  • Step 3: In a saucepan, melt the butter, stir in brown sugar, and cook for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in sweetened condensed milk.
  • Step 4: Pour the caramel mixture over the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the cake, then spread Cool Whip on top.
