  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Fluff
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Combine the Key Ingredients - In a large saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, evaporated milk, canned pumpkin puree, ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir over medium heat until well combined.
  • Step 3: Bring to a Boil - Stir until the mixture comes to a full boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Step 4: Add Marshmallow Fluff and Butter - Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff and butter. Stir until melted and incorporated.
  • Step 5: Add White Chocolate Chips - Stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until melted and smooth.
  • Step 6: Pour and Spread - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Step 7: Chill Until Set - Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  • Step 8: Cut and Serve - Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
