Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with oil or butter, and set it aside.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, whole milk, and packed light brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
Step 3: Crack the two eggs into the mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 5: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until no dry flour remains.
Step 6: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Bake for about 50-60 minutes.
