Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the ground cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the shrimp in the spice mixture until well-coated.
Step 3: Wrap each seasoned shrimp snugly with a slice of bacon, securing the ends if necessary.
Step 4: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and prepare grill basket or skewers.
Step 5: Grill the bacon-wrapped shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp turns pink.
Step 6: Warm your tortillas on the grill for about 10-20 seconds on each side until just heated.
