Ingredients
1packagefrozen crinkle-cut fries
3tablespoonssalted butter
1largegarlic clovegrated or finely minced
1/2teaspoondried parsley flakesoptional
saltto taste
black pepperto taste
Instructions
Cook the crinkle-cut fries according to the package directions until golden and slightly crispy.
While the fries cook, combine the butter and grated or minced garlic in a microwave-safe bowl and heat briefly until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, about 30–60 seconds; alternatively, melt butter and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir the dried parsley flakes into the garlic butter, if using.
When the fries are done, place them in a large bowl or on the baking sheet and immediately toss with the garlic butter until evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Notes
Use freshly minced garlic for a stronger flavor.
