Instructions
Step 1: Cut the ripe avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the creamy flesh into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Using a fork or potato masher, gently mash the avocados until you reach your desired consistency.
Step 3: Add the diced tomatoes, red onions, and chopped cilantro to the mashed avocados and fold gently.
Step 4: Squeeze half a lime over the mixture, add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
Step 5: Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary, adding more lime juice or cilantro if desired.
Step 6: Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
