Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the baking soda, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Mix thoroughly and toss the chicken wings until coated.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the rack.
Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes, flip the wings, and continue baking for another 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Remove the wings from the oven, transfer to a mixing bowl, and toss with Buffalo sauce until well coated.
