  • 4 cups Cauliflower florets From ½ head
  • 1 medium Red onion Peeled and diced

Bacon

  • 10 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled

Cheese

  • ¾ cup Cheddar cheese Shredded

Seeds

  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • 1 cup Your favorite dressing Suggestions include mayonnaise or vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables - Wash and trim the broccoli and cauliflower, cutting them into small florets.
  • Step 2: Cook the Bacon - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  • Step 3: Combine Ingredients - In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, bacon, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds. Toss gently.
  • Step 4: Add Dressing - Pour your dressing over the salad and toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
  • Step 5: Chill and Serve - Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
