Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4: Slowly pour in the beer and stir gently until just combined.
Step 5: Fold in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
Step 6: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Step 7: Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
