Awesome 7 Layer Dip
A crowd-pleasing layered dip combining refried beans, guacamole, seasoned sour cream, salsa, cheese, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

refried beans

guacamole
homemade or store-bought

sour cream

taco seasoning
homemade or store-bought

salsa

shredded Colby Jack cheese

sliced olives

cup
sliced cherry tomatoes

green onions, sliced
Instructions
Spread the refried beans evenly in the bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
Top the beans with 1 1/2 cups of guacamole, spreading it into an even layer.
In a small bowl, stir the sour cream together with the taco seasoning until well combined.
Spoon the seasoned sour cream over the guacamole and spread gently into an even layer.
Spread 1 cup salsa over the sour cream layer.
Sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the salsa.
Top with the sliced olives, sliced cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Notes
