Toasted Maple Rosemary Cashews

pure maple syrup

fresh rosemary

Instructions
Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat and add the coconut or avocado oil.
Add the raw cashews, maple syrup, coconut sugar, chopped rosemary, cinnamon, and sea salt to the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the cashews are golden-brown and crispy.
Remove the skillet from heat and let the cashews cool slightly in the pan before transferring to a plate or bowl to finish cooling.
