  • 1 tablespoon shortening (optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Dish - Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate and Peanut Butter - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Step 3: Mix and Spread - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Step 4: Melt Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - In another bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips (add shortening if desired) in 30-second intervals until glossy.
  • Step 5: Swirl in the Semi-Sweet Chocolate - Drizzle the melted chocolate over the white chocolate-peanut butter layer and swirl with a toothpick.
