  • 16 pieces Strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar For macerating strawberries
  • 1 sleeve Graham crackers Crushed for crust
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar For graham cracker crust
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed (1 tub)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 4 pieces Strawberries, cut in half for garnish
  • Whipped cream or Cool Whip for serving

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries - Begin by hulking and dicing 16 fresh strawberries. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Gently toss to combine, allowing the strawberries to macerate for about 15 minutes.
  • Step 2: Make the Graham Cracker Crust - Crush your graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter and ¼ cup of granulated sugar. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture - In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the thawed Cool Whip and mix until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix until fluffy.
  • Step 4: Layer the Parfait - In serving glasses, start with a layer of graham cracker crust, followed by a layer of cream cheese mixture, and then a layer of macerated strawberries. Repeat the layers, finishing with cream cheese mixture on top.
