  • 1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add salt and milk. Whisk until well combined.
  • Step 4: Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach until evenly mixed.
