Ingredients

Baguette Slices

  • 1 baguette Baguette, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 5 ounces Wild Smoked Salmon
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Dill, stems removed and minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Garnishes

  • Capers, drained, for garnish
  • Fresh Dill, for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and lightly browned.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, minced garlic, minced jalapeño, minced dill, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 3: Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each baguette slice.
  • Step 4: Layer pieces of wild smoked salmon over the cream cheese. Arrange them artistically.
  • Step 5: Garnish with drained capers and fresh dill. Serve immediately.

Notes
