Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix together the dry Apple cider and water to create the poaching liquid.
Step 2: Add the sliced shallot, sliced garlic, fresh dill, fresh parsley, whole peppercorns, and the halved lemon to the slow cooker. Squeeze the juice of the lemon halves into the liquid.
Step 3: Sprinkle the salt evenly over the salmon fillet to enhance the flavors.
Step 4: Place the seasoned salmon fillet on top of the aromatics in the slow cooker, skin-side down.
Step 5: Pour the vinegar and water mixture over the salmon and aromatics, ensuring the salmon is mostly submerged.
