  • 1 green bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 2 jalapenos seeded and diced
  • 1.5 cups corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 3.8 ounces canned sliced olives drained
  • to taste fresh parsley or cilantro chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Gather all your ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cumin. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 3: Fold in the diced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, jalapenos, corn, and olives. Mix gently.
  • Step 4: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Step 5: Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with parsley or cilantro, and serve with dippers.
