Instructions
Step 1: Gather your ingredients. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and set aside to dry. Peel and thinly slice the red onion and shallots.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until hot.
Step 3: Add the sliced red onion and shallot to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they soften and become translucent.
Step 4: Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and shake gently to distribute them evenly.
