Ingredients

Pizza Crust

  • 1 10 ounce thin crust Boboli pizza crust

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing the crust
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • cup red onion, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 25 pieces cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail-off
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Brush one side of the Boboli pizza crust lightly with olive oil.
  • Step 3: Spread an even layer of shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the oiled side of the crust.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle the chopped red onion uniformly over the cheese, followed by the drained pineapple tidbits.
  • Step 5: Distribute the peeled and deveined shrimp evenly across the pizza.
  • Step 6: Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top.
  • Step 7: Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  • Step 8: Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes
