Instructions
Step 1: Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the cornflakes cereal and crush lightly.
Step 3: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, butterscotch chips, and light corn syrup. Stir until melted and combined.
Step 4: Pour the mixture over the cornflakes and mix well. Add powdered sugar and combine.
Step 5: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then form small balls and place them on the lined baking sheet.
Step 6: Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
