  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
  • 14.5 ounces Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese Cut into pieces
  • Fresh Tomatoes Diced, for garnish
  • Canned Diced Green Chiles For garnish
  • Chips For serving

Instructions

  • Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the breakfast sausage and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Step 2: Pour in the Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles and stir. Let it simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Step 3: Add the cream cheese pieces and stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with diced fresh tomatoes and canned green chiles, and serve warm with chips.
