Instructions
Step 1: Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the ground beef is at room temperature and finely dice the yellow onion.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Panko bread crumbs, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Step 3: Shape the mixture into oval patties, about ½ inch thick, and set aside.
