  • 3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • cup Half and Half
  • 12 ounces Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ounce Liquid Red Food Coloring (1 bottle)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare your pan by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  • Step 2: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the granulated sugar and half and half, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to boil (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Step 3: Remove from heat and add the milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  • Step 4: Mix in the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and liquid red food coloring until well incorporated.
  • Step 5: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  • Step 6: Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!
