  • 2 cups 2% Milk Divided into 1 ½ cups and ½ cup.
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Puree Ensure it's pure with no additives.
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a medium saucepan, heat 1 ½ cups of the 2% milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2: Add the white chocolate chips to the warm milk and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Step 3: Sprinkle in the cocoa powder and stir well. Then add the pumpkin puree and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Step 4: Stir in the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Step 5: Adjust the consistency by adding the remaining ½ cup of milk if desired.
  • Step 6: Serve in mugs, optionally garnished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
