Instructions
Step 1: In a medium saucepan, heat 1 ½ cups of the 2% milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Add the white chocolate chips to the warm milk and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Step 3: Sprinkle in the cocoa powder and stir well. Then add the pumpkin puree and mix until fully incorporated.
Step 4: Stir in the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
Step 5: Adjust the consistency by adding the remaining ½ cup of milk if desired.
Step 6: Serve in mugs, optionally garnished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
