  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Canned Crushed Pineapple drained (reserve liquid for glaze)
  • 2 pieces Green Onions chopped (both green and whites)
  • 2 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Whole Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko bread crumbs, crushed pineapple, chopped green onions, teriyaki sauce, milk, soy sauce, beaten egg, and minced garlic. Mix until just combined.
  • Step 3: Form meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 4: Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Step 5: In a small saucepan, combine the reserved juice from the canned pineapple with a splash of teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Heat until slightly thickened.
  • Step 6: Drizzle the glaze over the baked meatballs and serve warm.
