Ingredients

  • 2 heads Broccoli, cut into florets

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Step 2: Wash the broccoli heads thoroughly and cut them into florets. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Step 3: Add the minced garlic, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper over the broccoli.
  • Step 4: Toss the broccoli florets until they are evenly coated with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the broccoli and toss gently again.
  • Step 6: Transfer the broccoli mixture to a large baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 7: Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and serve immediately.
