Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2: Wash the broccoli heads thoroughly and cut them into florets. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add the minced garlic, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper over the broccoli.
Step 4: Toss the broccoli florets until they are evenly coated with olive oil and seasonings.
Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the broccoli and toss gently again.
Step 6: Transfer the broccoli mixture to a large baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 7: Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and serve immediately.
