Parmesan Garlic Noodles

spaghetti or linguine

butter

olive oil

garlic

Parmesan cheese
grated
salt

grated cheddar cheese

chopped, for garnishing
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter and olive oil until the butter melts.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and just beginning to brown, about 1–2 minutes.
Toss the drained pasta into the skillet and stir to coat evenly with the garlic butter mixture; season with salt to taste.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan until melted and combined.
Serve immediately, garnished with grated cheddar and chopped parsley.
