Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
Step 4: Add the brownie mix, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Step 5: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Step 6: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Step 8: Let cool for 10 minutes, dust with cocoa powder, cut into squares, and serve.
