  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
  • Step 4: Add the brownie mix, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  • Step 5: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Step 6: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
