  • cup Butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1.5 pounds Salmon Skin-on or skin-off
  • 1 whole Lemon Sliced
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Step 3: Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet, skin side down. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon and arrange lemon slices on top.
  • Step 4: Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Step 5: Remove from the oven, let sit for a couple of minutes, drizzle with remaining garlic butter, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. You can marinate the salmon in the butter mixture for 30 minutes beforehand for deeper flavor.
