  • 16 ounces Light sour cream Regular sour cream can be used if preferred.
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 medium Tomato, chopped
  • 4 ounces Canned diced green chiles, drained
  • ΒΌ cup Red onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2.25 ounces Canned sliced black olives, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • as needed Tortilla chips For dipping.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Start by mixing the light sour cream with the ranch dressing mix in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  • Step 2: Layer the ranch sour cream mixture evenly at the bottom of a serving dish or glass bowl.
  • Step 3: Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the ranch layer, followed by the drained diced green chiles and chopped red onion.
  • Step 4: Top the dip with the sliced black olives and sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  • Step 5: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes
