Ingredients

Tortilla Chips

  • 75 pieces scoop-shaped tortilla chips

Cheese Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded divided
  • 3 pieces jalapenos, seeded and diced

Garnish

  • diced or sliced jalapenos for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with 1 ½ cups of the shredded Mexican cheese blend and the diced jalapenos. Mix well until creamy and smooth.
  • Step 3: Place the scoop-shaped tortilla chips on a large baking sheet and fill each chip with the jalapeno and cheese mixture.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend on top of each filled chip.
  • Step 5: Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the chips are golden brown.
  • Step 6: Let cool slightly, garnish with diced or sliced jalapenos, and serve warm.

Notes
