  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until well combined.
  • Step 3: Form small meatballs, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
