Garlic Cheese Flatbread

Quick and cheesy garlic flatbread that's perfect for dipping or serving as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 11 ounce refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough one 11-ounce tube
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves minced or finely pressed
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • fresh basil or parsley optional for garnishing
  • marinara sauce optional for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a half-sheet pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  • Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto the prepared sheet pan and gently press it into place to form an even rectangle.
  • Brush the dough evenly with the melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the buttered dough, then brush lightly again to help distribute the garlic.
  • Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar blend and the freshly grated Parmesan over the top of the dough.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the crust is set and the cheese has melted; rotate the pan once halfway through baking for even cooking.
  • Optionally garnish with fresh basil or parsley, slice as desired, and serve immediately with marinara for dipping if using.
