Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a half-sheet pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto the prepared sheet pan and gently press it into place to form an even rectangle.
Brush the dough evenly with the melted butter.
Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the buttered dough, then brush lightly again to help distribute the garlic.
Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar blend and the freshly grated Parmesan over the top of the dough.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the crust is set and the cheese has melted; rotate the pan once halfway through baking for even cooking.
Optionally garnish with fresh basil or parsley, slice as desired, and serve immediately with marinara for dipping if using.
