  • 1.5 cups Raspberries
  • 1.5 cups Blueberries

Sugar

  • 4 tablespoons Granulated Sugar

Crisp Topping

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats

  • 1.5 cups Butter, cold, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Step 4: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour the berry mixture into the dish and sprinkle the oat topping over it.
  • Step 5: Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
  • Step 6: Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving, ideally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Dish

Notes

Use cold butter for a crumbly topping. You can use frozen berries without thawing, just increase baking time by 5-10 minutes.
