  • 1 pound Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • ½ cup Sweetened condensed milk Plus more to taste
  • 1 cup Mexican crema
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cool running water. Hull them and slice into halves or quarters. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Step 2: Make the Cream Mixture. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, Mexican crema, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Step 3: Combine the Strawberries and Cream. Pour the cream mixture over the strawberries and gently fold until coated.
  • Step 4: Chill and Serve. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve in individual bowls, optionally topped with cinnamon or mint.

Notes
