  • 2 large Sweet Onions, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard Powder
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced sweet onions and sprinkle with salt. Cook slowly until soft and golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 2: Add black pepper, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Step 4: Fold the cooled onion mixture into the creamy base. Mix until well incorporated and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Step 5: Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
