Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onions until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Sprinkle flour over the onions, stir, and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Gradually stir in milk and cream until thickened.
