Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature about 30 minutes until softened for easier mixing.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tablespoon of the everything bagel seasoning.
Mix thoroughly with a spatula until the cheeses and seasonings are smooth and evenly blended.
Shape the mixture into a ball by hand. If it is too soft to hold its shape, chill the bowl in the refrigerator about 15 minutes, then form into a ball.
Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up and develop flavor.
Just before serving, unwrap and roll the chilled cheese ball in the remaining 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning until evenly coated.
Keep chilled until ready to serve and present with fresh carrots, celery, pretzels, and assorted crackers.
