  • Step 2: Melt the butter in the hot skillet and let it bubble.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, and eggs until smooth.
  • Step 4: Pour the batter into the skillet over the melted butter.
  • Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
