Cucumbers

Instructions
Step 1: Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Cut each cucumber in half lengthwise and then slice each half into thick half-moons.
Step 2: If using red onion, finely slice it into thin rounds or half-moons.
Step 3: Rinse the fresh dill under cold water, then chop it roughly.
Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Step 5: Add the cucumbers, onion, and dill to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
Step 6: Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
