  • 2 pounds Frozen corn
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Half and half
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup Chives, chopped Add just before serving.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Gather all the ingredients, ensuring the cream cheese is softened.
  • Step 2: In a large slow cooker, combine the frozen corn, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, half and half, and butter. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sugar. Stir gently to combine.
  • Step 3: Set the slow cooker to low heat and cover. Cook for 4 to 5 hours, stirring every hour if possible.
  • Step 4: After cooking, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Stir in chopped chives just before serving.
  • Step 5: Serve the creamed corn in a dish and enjoy!

Notes
