Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add the shredded chicken to the creamy mixture and stir until well coated.
Step 3: Add the chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, diced celery, and minced chives. Gently fold everything together.
Step 4: Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken salad mixture evenly among them. Spread it out into a thin layer and roll tightly.
Step 5: Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels and arrange on a platter. Garnish with extra chives.
