  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt To taste
  • teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 ½ cups Cooked Chicken Shredded
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries Chopped into small pieces if desired
  • ½ cup Pecans Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery Small dice
  • ¼ cup Chives Minced (plus more for garnish)
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 2: Add the shredded chicken to the creamy mixture and stir until well coated.
  • Step 3: Add the chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, diced celery, and minced chives. Gently fold everything together.
  • Step 4: Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken salad mixture evenly among them. Spread it out into a thin layer and roll tightly.
  • Step 5: Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels and arrange on a platter. Garnish with extra chives.
