Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 2 large flour tortillas

Condiments

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Cheese

  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Meat

  • 6 slices deli turkey

Bacon

  • 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Vegetables

  • 1 tomato, cut into 6 thin slices
  • 2 leaves bibb or butter lettuce, rinsed and dried

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients. Before you begin assembling your pinwheels, make sure all your ingredients are ready. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them gently, slice the tomato, and crumble the cooked bacon. Having everything in reach will make the assembly process much smoother.
  • Step 2: Spread the Mayonnaise. Take one of the flour tortillas and lay it flat on a clean cutting board or a large plate. Evenly spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  • Step 3: Layer the Cheese and Turkey. On top of the mayonnaise-covered tortilla, place 3 slices of provolone cheese, then add the deli turkey slices on top of the cheese.
  • Step 4: Add the Bacon and Vegetables. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon on top of the turkey, then add 3 slices of tomato evenly across the top. Finally, place one of the lettuce leaves over the mixture.
  • Step 5: Roll It Up. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a log shape. Once rolled, you can secure it with a toothpick if needed.
  • Step 6: Slice Into Pinwheels. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Step 7: Repeat With the Second Tortilla. Repeat the whole process with the second tortilla, using the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 8: Serve and Enjoy. Arrange your pinwheels on a platter for serving. These can be enjoyed right away or chilled in the refrigerator.
