Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning

Creamy Mixture

  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

Stuffing

  • 6 ounces instant stuffing mix (1 box)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with poultry seasoning.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Whisk until smooth.
  • Step 4: In another bowl, combine instant stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter. Mix until moistened.
  • Step 5: Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, then distribute the stuffing mixture on top.
  • Step 6: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked and stuffing is golden brown.
  • Step 7: Let rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
