Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Slice the chicken into thin strips and the bell peppers and onion into similar-sized pieces.
Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Add the spices and toss until well coated.
Step 4: Cut large sheets of aluminum foil, about 12×18 inches. Divide the mixture among the sheets and seal the packets.
Step 5: Cook the packets on the grill or in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 6: Carefully open the packets and serve with tortillas, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice.
