Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound the chicken breasts to an even ½ inch thickness.
Step 2: Lay out the slices of ham on each chicken breast, followed by Swiss cheese.
Step 3: Roll up each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Step 4: Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and panko bread crumbs.
Step 5: Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko.
Step 6: Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7: Allow to rest, remove toothpicks, slice, and serve warm.
