Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, and once boiling, carefully add the lasagna noodles. Cook them for about 8-10 minutes or until they are al dente. Drain the noodles and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, salt, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined, creating a delightful filling.
Step 3: Spread half of the Alfredo sauce across the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Take one lasagna noodle and spread a generous portion of the chicken filling along its length. Roll the noodle tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat this process with the remaining noodles and filling.
Step 4: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce on top, ensuring that each roll is well-covered. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the entire dish.
Step 5: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Let it sit for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.

Notes
For added flavor, consider using grilled or seasoned chicken in the filling. If you prefer a bit of heat, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the filling. Make sure to not overcook the lasagna noodles to prevent them from becoming mushy.
