Ingredients

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Breading

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup cheddar jack cheese, finely shredded
  • ¾ cup bacon, cooked and crumbed

Garnish

  • Parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Ranch dip for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Pat the raw chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Season with garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper.
  • Step 2: Set Up Your Breading Station - In a small bowl, whisk the egg. On a separate plate, combine panko, cheddar jack cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  • Step 3: Bread the Chicken Tenders - Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat with the panko, cheese, and bacon mixture.
  • Step 4: Cook the Chicken Tenders - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the coated chicken tenders for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
