Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Open the cans of sweet potatoes, drain, and rinse them under cool water.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes with brown sugar and maple syrup, tossing gently to coat.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 5: Scatter the butter pieces over the top of the sweet potato mixture.
Step 6: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
Step 7: Let cool slightly before serving warm.
