Ingredients

Canned Sweet Potatoes

  • 116 ounces Princella Cut Sweet Potatoes in Light Syrup (4 cans)

Butter

  • 0.5 cup Butter, cut into small pieces

Brown Sugar

  • 1 pound Light Brown Sugar, packed

Maple Syrup

  • 12 ounces Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Open the cans of sweet potatoes, drain, and rinse them under cool water.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes with brown sugar and maple syrup, tossing gently to coat.
  • Step 4: Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Step 5: Scatter the butter pieces over the top of the sweet potato mixture.
  • Step 6: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
  • Step 7: Let cool slightly before serving warm.
